Julia’s Yoga - Essential & Yin


Class Description:

Monday 7.30pm & Sunday 8am

A yoga essential class where all levels are welcome, especially beginners.  Aims to build the foundation of yoga practice, moves at a steady and  flowing pace, focuses on the alignment of postures, balances between strengthening and stretching. Class finishes with a relaxing Savasana to rest both the mind and body and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Yin Yoga - Friday 7pm

All levels of experiences are welcome.

Yin yoga helps to calm and balance the mind and body,

reduce stress and anxiety,

increase circulation, improve flexibility, release fascia and improve joint mobility,

balance the internal organs and improve the flow of chi or energy.

Poses maybe held from 90 seconds to 5 minutes; using props such as bolsters, blankets or blocks to support your body and enhance experience.

通过牵拉加压组织对身体经络产生作用

有助于平衡内部器官和系统,消除堵塞恢复健康。
