There are 3 types of classes in Forest Studio:

2️⃣Small class with 2-4 people, by appointment

3️⃣Private lessons 1 to 1, by appointment

We offer private and small group classes, so our instructors can focus on your alignments and experience.

1. 14 days Group Trial - $99 , included all group classes (new client only)

2. 14 days 2 Small Group + all Group Trial - $249 , included 2 small group classes & all group classes (new client only)

3. Postural assessment progress report & recommendations (15 minutes) $25
