About Cathy’s yoga
Cathy was originally from Hong Kong. Growing up in a fast paced environment and certified as Certified Public Accountant for a decade , a mum of two (soon to be a decade), she understands how life can sometimes be a bit tough. Her favourite quote is ‘ You cannot always control what goes on outside, but you can always control what goes on inside’, which match how as a yogi, she creates her own space and on the journey to explore herself.
Her practice starts early in 2009. She fell in love with yoga immediately. She believes yoga can heal the body and soul. By building the connection in body and mind, she learns more about compassion, love and surrender. Since then, Yoga and Pilates have become the backbone of her life.
Cathy completed her RYT200 foundation teacher training (200 hours) in Sydney, but the learning never stop. She has since gone on to specialize and certified in Assisting & Alignment (50 hours), Yoga energetic (50 hours), Pre &Post natal (50 hours) and Yin Yoga (50 hours). This year, she will be completing the certification for Injury Management Training.
Cathy’s caring and positive style will safely support and challenge you in your yoga practice, helping you restore your energy and internal power, hence transform to your best through an empowering and calming practice and, believe that, is fun.
About Cathy’s Pilates
After introducing Pilates as part of her yoga training, she experienced the transformative benefits dramatically in both her strength and conditioning. She loves how Pilates embody breath, toning and grace to create healthy stabilized muscles and joints on human bodies. Her irresistible energy and smart sequencing is perfect for both the experienced and beginning Pilates students.

About Tenya
Tenya started to practice Yoga over 7 years ago. Suffering physical problems from working in a busy office job, she was looking for something to help resolve them. Tenya quickly saw the benefits yoga brought to her life, both physically and mentally and ever since, yoga has become an integral part of her life.
Tenya studied her first yoga course in Shenzhen, China, completing 200 hours of YTT training at Pro Yoga. Tenya then moved to Shanghai to focus on seriously developing her yoga ability, where she undertook an intensive period of studying and practising as part of a group of yoga instructors for five months at Leaf Yoga in Shanghai. To further develop her knowledge and understanding of yoga, she undertook her RYT 200 course at Zuna Yoga in Bail. This enhanced her knowledge of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy and Ayurveda.
Through her teaching, Tenya aims to help her students develop a sense of calmness and confidence and provide them with inspiration and encouragement to grow themselves both physically and mentally.

About Julia
Julia’s first encounter with yoga was in 2009. Previously, as a dancer and dancing teacher, Julia has always had passion for body movement. She picked up yoga again in 2016 and since then has fallen in love with the movement of yoga, the way of moving the body with breath, keeping the mind still and continuously learning and practicing this today.
Julia completed 200 hours of Yoga Teaching Training at Byron Yoga Centre with John Ogilvie whilst following teachers including Kat Clayton, who leads the Yoga Teaching Training programme at Body Mind Life and Vicky Chapman, Founder of Forever Evolving Yoga. Julia studied 25hours Deepen Your Practice in Body Mind Life and 100 hours in yoga retreats with Kat and also 50 hours with Vicky in yoga retreats.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Art in Interpreting and Translation, along with yoga classes in English, Julia also provides language assistance with Mandarin and Cantonese in order to help students in gaining a deeper understanding of physical alignment.
Her classes embrace strengthening and stretch balance, alignment focus and breathing instructions. She guides students in the discovery of body awareness with the goal of creating a safe and sustainable practice.
Her Class Description:
A yoga essential class where all levels are welcome, especially beginners. Aims to build the foundation of yoga practice, moves at a steady and flowing pace, focuses on the alignment of postures, balances between strengthening and stretching. Class finishes with a relaxing Savasana to rest both the mind and body and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Hello! I'm Cindy and I live in Sydney NSW. I've been a ZIN™ Member since Nov 2013 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! ROUND DANCE
Rachel began dancing at the age of 6 who has been dancing for 18 years. She has passed the Certificates of Chinese dance Level 4, Level 5, Level 6 and Level 8 of Beijing Dance Academy.
She has been teaching for over 6 years and has rich teaching experience in Sydney. In 2016, she participated in the Korean 1M Dance Studio training course and the runner-up of the Korean Adult Jazz No Style Competition. In 2017, she won the champion of the hip-hop 2on2 Showdance Competition in Guangdong,China.
As for her classes, both adult and children classes can attract students with unique memory and interesting teaching style, and there are many creative ideas for shooting dance videos and choreography.
舞龄十八年,从小中国舞出身,通过北京舞蹈学院中国舞四级、五级、六级、八级证书,现专攻街舞。
教舞达六年,悉尼本地授课经验丰富,2016年参加韩国1m舞室培训课程以及韩国成人jazz no style比赛亚军,2017年获得中国街舞2on2 showdance比赛广东区冠军,擅长Jazz、Kpop以及儿童hiphop。
无论是成人还是儿童班,可以用独特的记忆方式和有趣的教学风格吸引学生,拍摄舞蹈视频与编舞的创意点子多。

Royal Dance is located in the Sydney CBD. Founded in 2016, it is committed to providing students with a high-quality education platform and cultivating students’ dance interests. The teachers are from the Australian and New Zealand champion team background to engage the most professional dance knowledge to the students. We provide professional video shooting and personal choreography for dance or weddings. Having Sydney’s only adult Latin dance crew, which is active in Sydney, brings the value of dance art to more people who love and enjoy dance art.
